Welcoming You Back Into Our Showrooms

Since we first began responding and adapting to Coronavirus (COVID-19) in March, East Coast Metal Distributors’ top priority has been our customers and our employees. We have been closely monitoring local and CDC guidelines and want to ensure you that we are committed to protecting your health and safety as we welcome you back into our showrooms.

New Showroom Safety Measures:

  1. Staff will wear gloves when dealing with the transfer of documents or payments.
  2. Six-foot distancing will be enforced while in the showroom and in line at the counter.
  3. Enhanced deep cleaning with emphasis on all surfaces, display products, and highly trafficked areas.
  4. Plexi-glass shields have been mounted at each counter for safe transactions.

 

We will continue to offer contactless pick up at our docks, and you can continue to find the same excellent standard of customer service and support online and over the phone to help you with any questions you might have.
