Description
Metacaulk® 835+ is for applications that require a silicone-based firestop. Designed for use with PVC pipe on closed (pressure) systems, EMT, insulated and uninsulated steel pipe, construction and control joints and interior expansion joints. This caulking is flexible and is a low odor sealant for exterior or interior use. It is used in systems where dynamic movement is expected. The Metacaulk has a sound Transmission Class (STC) rating of 55 and is tested in a UL 411 wall assembly/section to ASTM E90.
