Description
The Vapor Pad® has an expanded aluminum base, coated with a hydrophillic material that absorbs water. As warm air from a furnace passes through, the water contained in the coating evaporates to provide humidity.
The Vapor Pad® should be replaced and not washed (removes the hydrophillic coating) 1-2 times per humidification season.
