Open Order Status

Log into your online account to view open orders and their status.

Once logged in you can view your 5 most recent open orders and their status in the home screen of your Customer Portal. 

View the status of all open orders by clicking the Open Order Status link in the account navigation or by clicking the VIEW ALL OPEN ORDERS STATUS button. 

On the Open Order Status page you can:

• Search by order number (ticket number) or PO number
• Filter their orders by Delivery Method
• Quickly view the status of their open orders
• Sort their open orders by order number, create date, or requested date (promise date)

When a you click/tap on an order to view its details, you will be able to view:

• Order number, PO, Job Name, Order date
• Delivery method and delivery address
• Status
• Items ordered and what items are available vs. backordered
